Positive: The owners placed a bottle of water and some sweets in the room upon arrival. We appreciated this kind gesture. It was a very well equipped room, new furniture, nice bathroom, access to internet, tv. The beds were good, it was easy to rest because it was good quality. Clean apartment, clean sheets and towels, it was nice. The location - though noisy - makes it an excellent place to start daily trips in the region.

Negative: The room was very cold. Our hands were cold. We got a groundfloor apartment and it did not easily heat up. The first night was problematic, but then the owner was kind enough to let us use the AC in heating mode (the remote was not in the room, and we had to convince him that the room was cold). This eventually made it much more comfortable. Another drawback of the place is that is at a very busy crossroad - it was rather noisy. A rubbish bin could be beneficial in the room.

Summary: Overall: it was a good place, we enjoyed our stay; in summer it is maybe more comfortable.

Positive: Super location, great room and cleanliness at the highest level, the biggest TV I've ever seen while staying somewhere :), Thanks to the smiling and kind hosts. We were extremely satisfied with very good impressions, Thank you.

Positive: very clean. spacious. Lady was very kind and helpful. She ironed my shirts for work which was more than I expected. Speaks good English. Location was close to where I need to go. Responded to my messages promptly and helpfully.

Negative: Does not serve breakfast. Would be happy to pay more for breakfast as an option. Maybe some fried bacon, eggs, mushrooms and toast.
